WILSON, Joseph Paul (Joe) — Passed peacefully on 21st September, aged 78, at Waikato Hospital, with Lisa by his side. Cherished husband of Ailsa (Lisa). Devoted father of Matthew & Shelley, Cheryl & Gareth and treasured step-father of Michelle & Mark, Natasha & Pete. Loving brother of Gemma, Maureen (dec) & Haddy, Stephen & Denise, Bob (dec) & Mary, James & Linda, Mary-Rose (dec), Gerry (dec) & Elaine, Martin (dec), Gabrielle & Peter and Peter. Special Father Joe to 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Sincere thanks to all the staff at OPR1 for their amazing care. Rest in Peace, Joe. A memorial service to celebrate Joe’s life will be held at 2pm on Thursday, 8th October at the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 494 Grey St, Hamilton East.
